About Shipping Time

Average delivery time to the USA is 2-3 days. Other countries vary from about 5 days to 10 days depending how remote your country is. However, the service is express mail with tracking and very fast to anywhere on earth.

Returns Information

Most of our products come with 1 year warranties with the manufacturer. In which case it is the buyers responsibility to return the goods to the manufacturer in order to receive the replacement or repair (warranties vary by type of goods). Any items arriving DOA (Dead on Arrival) can be replaced free of charge to the buyer upon confirmation by Partsprovider.net staff and only upon confirmation by us. All returns need to be arranged with us in advance otherwise they may be null and void.

Returning an item for any reason besides DOA is at our discretion. Returns are available for 7 days upon receipt for any reason. We are not responsible for the return shipping expenses.
