PROCESS FOR INSTALLATION
1. Open the car front cover and take off the headlight.	Dispatch front headlight cover as following way. Heating as illustration. Method one: Input the headlight into a three-time bigger carton, drill a round hole at top, use the industrial blower to heat 15 minutes, and then separate the headlight with Screwdriver.	Method two: Input the headlight to constant temperature thermostat with 85° to heat 12 minutes, and then separate the headlight with screwdriver.	2. Dispatch the front headlight cover by screwdriver and other similar tool.
3. Clear away the glue in the headlight flute with tool when hot for the re-installation sake.	4. Remove the back dust-proof cover, spring hook, reflector and separate parts.
5. Take out the projector light and unpack the burner, fix ring, spring flake and orientation ring one by one.	6. Plug the projector light into the reflector center hole.
7. At the rear of the headlight, set in the orientation ring and spring flake orderly, swivel with fix ring.	8. Tied the fix ring with 8 inches pincers.
9. Install D2S/R burner and lock with cover.	10. Connect male and female plastic connector.	11. Set in the original dust-proof cover and fix well	12. Power connecting test. Comply with the wire connecting chart to join the wiring harness. Test the light shadow and function. Then clear the figure marks and dirty dots on the projector lens.
13. Test light shadow as following picture standard.	14. If the light shadow and function are fine. Inject the our company exclusive sealant to seal the headlight flute.	15. Closed the headlight cover, fix the buckles well. Install the screw and buckles if the auto has these parts. Lay the headlight in an ventilation place about one hour.	16. Match the headlight to the auto. Install the wiring harness first. Expose the burner wire, then connect with Angel eye positive and negative pole correctively. T last pack the wire well.
17. Plug the three-pin connector and get the power control signal.	18. Install the ballast controller and fix the ground line to the metal conductor by screw.	19. Joint waterproof four-line wire male and female connector and fix them by plastic shell nut.	20. Install AMP water-proof plug and join the male and female connector. Taking out turning light and fog light before installation.
21. Pull the longest wire with fuse box in wiring harness to connect with battery cell positive pole as power supply and lock by screw.	22. Fix the headlight to the car with cover. Prepare test the high light, low light switch and angle eye work. State the angle eye and burner turn on the same time.	23. Low light shadow chart if two cutlines are not in the same line. Please use the screwdriver to adjust the nut in the headlight until perfect.	24. High light shadow chart.
